Inspections should cover three things: tenant's care of the property, maintenance and compliance.

Do They Care?  We Care Enough to Find Out . . .
We have all heard about those nightmare tenancies when the tenant moves out and the property has been trashed. This is where regular and thorough inspections are vital. Apart from initial and final inspections we conduct inspections 4 weeks after the tenants have moved in, then 12 weekly thereafter or more frequently if we think needed.
RPM have a systematic process for inspections which leaves no stone unturned. It will be apparent from our inspection report how well the tenants are looking after your property.

Proactive Maintenance
Every property we manage has a customised maintenance schedule integrated into our inspection checklist of the property to ensure it is being maintained in a good tenantable condition and to pre-empt any costly repairs.

Compliance is Ongoing
Not only do we address compliance issues within deadlines, we integrate any new requirements into our inspection checklist to ensure ongoing compliance. Compliance is not just a one off, the legislation endures as does the need for compliance.

Transparency
Our client's receive a full inspection report, with clear images, from the inspection, highlighting areas of concern since last inspection, proposed action or action we have taken to remedy concerns and follow up we have taken to ensure the concern has been resolved.
