Proactive Maintenance
Every property we manage has a customised maintenance schedule integrated into our inspection checklist of the property to ensure it is being maintained in a good tenantable condition and to pre-empt any costly repairs.

We use quality tradespeople who know what they are doing, have high standards of workmanship, have Health and Safety plans and often offer us discounted rates due to the volume of work we put through them.

No Service Fee
Our job is to take the hassle out of managing a rental property, liaising between contractors and tenants, getting quotes and paying invoices is what we do. We do not charge you an additional service charge or commission for doing this it is all included in our management fee.

Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff

If there is something small that needs doing, like a lose screw or draughtproofing a window, we just get it done it is all part of the service.

Tenant Initiated Repairs
Initially we would troubleshoot with the tenant to see if it is something simple like incorrect use or a minor tweak. If it becomes apparent that the issue may require a tradesperson we would gather as much information from the tenant to be able to question the tradie if there could be anything we could do to fix the problem or whether they consider it necessary for a visit. Only then will we contract the tradie to undertake the repair. Essentially we will do our due diligence first so that our client's are not charged for any unnecessary callouts.
